Order Edits

To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service with your order number as soon as possible. If we’re able to cancel your order, we’ll send you a confirmation. Since we process orders quickly, once you’ve received an order confirmation email, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, if your order meets our Return and Refund policy, you can still request a return or exchange once it arrives.

Please contact Customer Service with your order number and the correct shipping address as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the shipping address before the order is shipped. However, once you receive your order confirmation email, it may not be possible to change the shipping address, as we begin processing orders immediately.


We are unable to add items to an existing order. If you'd like to make changes, please contact Customer Service with your order number as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Since we begin processing orders immediately, it may not be possible to cancel your order once you receive your order confirmation email. If your cancellation is confirmed, you can place a new order for the items you'd like to add.


If you'd like to remove items from an existing order, please contact Customer Service with your order number and the items you'd like to remove. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Since we begin processing orders immediately, it may not be possible to cancel or modify your order once you receive your order confirmation email. Please also note that if an item is marked as final sale, it cannot be removed, returned, or exchanged.


If you would like to change items in an existing order, please contact Customer Service with your order number and the items you would like to remove from your order. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request.


We are unable to change the billing address in our system. If you've received an order confirmation email, this means your payment has been successfully processed.

Returns and Exchanges

Itzy Ritzy wants you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we hope you’ll love everything, but understand if you need to make a return. We will accept unused and unwashed items with original packaging for returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase on the Itzy Ritzy website. All decisions on returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Itzy Ritzy.

Return Eligibility

We accept unused, unwashed items with original packaging for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase from www.itzyritzy.com. Please ensure that all tags are attached to the items for a return to be accepted.

Items marked as sale, outlet, final sale, Anniversary sale, Warehouse sale, or other restricted sale types are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Return Notes & Exceptions

  • Return Authorization (RA) Number: You must obtain an RA number to return any product. This serves as both your authorization and our reference number for the return.

  • Return & Exchange Form: All returns must include a filled-out Return and Exchange Form and the accurate RA number. Any packages without these will be refused. 

  • Condition of Items: Returns must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and packing materials included. Items that have been used or washed are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Discounted Items: Items purchased at a discount can only be exchanged for merchandise credit.

  • Sale Items: Orders purchased as sale, outlet, final sale, or restricted sale items (as stated on the website) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Bundles/Kits: Items purchased in bundles or kits must be returned together with all original items. Partial returns of individual items from a bundle will not be accepted.


To start your return or exchange, please contact Customer Service

Our return policy allows returns for unused, unwashed items with original packaging and tags attached, purchased within the last 30 days.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Customer Service with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your current shipping address
  • Whether you're exchanging (and the item you're exchanging for) or returning for a refund (and the items you're returning)

Once your request is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization number along with detailed shipping instructions. All returns must be approved to ensure proper tracking and processing.

Please note: Final sale and pre-sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days or less after we receive your return.

At Itzy Ritzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gift, but we understand if you need to return or exchange it!

We can only accept returns from itzyritzy.com with proof of purchase to verify the authenticity and details of the product. However, we know that you may not always have the order number on hand. 

If you’re unable to provide the order number, please contact Customer Service and share the first and last name or email address of the person who gave you the gift. This will help us locate the order and assist you with your return or exchange. We are only able to look up purchase made on www.itzyritzy.com. If the gift was purchased through one of our authorized retailers, you will need to contact them directly for assistance. 

We will not contact the person who purchased the gift for you unless you request that we issue them a refund directly. Otherwise, your refund will be issued onto a gift card.

Only items purchased directly from www.itzyritzy.com are eligible for returns or exchanges. All other purchases made at any of our retail partners must be returned or exchanged directly to the authorized retailer according to that store’s return policy.

When making a return, it's important to note that any Gift with Purchase (GWP) items must be returned along with your original merchandise in order to receive a full refund. If the order total falls below the minimum threshold for the GWP and the gift is not returned, the retail value of the GWP will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure all items, including any GWP products, are returned as part of the process to avoid adjustments to your refund.

If an item is marked on the website as sale, final sale, anniversary sale, warehouse sale, or some other restricted type of sale, it is not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item.  

We do not cover the cost of shipping your return to us. You may select whichever shipping carrier you prefer. However, any exchanges will ship back to you for free.

If any of your items arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to contact Customer Service for assistance.  

If you receive a package and notice an item is missing, please contact Customer Service within two (2) days to ensure we can properly address your claim. After this timeframe, we are unable to take responsibility for missing items not reported to us. If you added Onward shipping protection to your order, please reach out to them directly for assistance with your claim

Shipping Information

Most orders placed for in-stock items ship within 4-8 business days. Business days are Monday- Friday, excluding Holidays. 

Please note that shipping times could increase during peak sales times such as our Annual Anniversary Sale, Annual Warehouse Sale, Cyber Week, and the holiday season.  

Transit times will vary depending on the shipping method used and the location where it is being shipped. These processing and shipping times could increase during holidays seasons and other heavy shopping periods.  

Itzy Ritzy offers free shipping on orders $150 and over (before taxes) and all other orders under $150 (before taxes) will have a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee.

This shipping policy excludes orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Military, and other non-contiguous U.S. locations. Pricing for expedited shipping and orders outside the contiguous U.S. will be shown at checkout.

We offer two expedited shipping options: FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight. Please note that these options are not available for orders shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US Military addresses, or other non-contiguous U.S. locations. Expedited shipping rates are determined by the carrier based on the weight of your package and the destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that USPS is the only shipping option for orders shipped to PO boxes.

Tracking information may be generated, but it doesn’t always mean your order has shipped yet. Once your order has been assigned tracking, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's site. If you haven't received your tracking number after three business days, please contact Customer Service.

We’ve partnered with Onward to provide our customers with carbon neutral shipping protection and our 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchase. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost, stolen or damaged packages. You’ll also have 90 days after your purchase to trial your Itzy Ritzy products. If you are dissatisfied with your Itzy Ritzy products, Onward will work with us to make it right or refund your purchase.

In addition to domestic shipping within the United States, we offer shipping to the countries listed below. Please note that increased shipping rates apply and the shipping price will automatically adjust to your location. Shipping products internationally has certain inherent risks. The risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. Your order may be subject to duties/taxes/brokerage fees/customs/VAT/importation fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and or charged at time of delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be and are not responsible for their payment. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The customer is responsible for those charges at delivery. These should not be confused with additional shipping amounts. The receiving customer is the importer. Usually the carrier will not release a package until those fees are paid or they (the shipping carrier) may send you a bill at a later date for those fees. Fees vary by each country. Please review and check those before you purchase so you are not surprised later at delivery. Furthermore, customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information or questions prior to placing an international order at www.itzyritzy.com. Additionally, when ordering from Itzy Ritzy, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance on your behalf any duties and taxes owed by you. It is outside our control, but as always, cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. As required, we may provide our international carriers with certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, and as such this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.


Please understand that international packages will take longer to arrive than domestic orders. Once the package arrives into your country, it will also pass through your customs office which can add time to the delivery. Customs can hold a parcel for several weeks and open up packages for inspections. Usually international packages arrive within 4-6 weeks, yet it can take longer depending on transit times and customs clearance. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do internally to speed up the process. Lost packages are extremely rare, so please allow sufficient time for your package to arrive.

Onward is an on-demand concierge service that covers our customers in the event they have shipping or product issues. If you add Onward to your order, you’ll be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Your claim will be reviewed for approval within an hour.

You can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.

Choosing not to add Onward VIP Protection+? means your package isn’t covered for certain risks during transit, such as loss, theft, or damage. Without this coverage, we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for issues that arise after your order has shipped.

You’ll have 90 days from the order date to file a claim.

Not a problem! Any replacement orders that are placed by Onward are still insured by Onward.

No, Onward VIP Protection+ covers shipping issues, such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages, as well as a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on the products you’ve purchased. It doesn’t cover returns for reasons like change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Onward has partnered with Cool Effect, a 501c non-profit climate change organization, to neutralize carbon emissions from your shipments covered with Onward. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be automatically taking action against climate change.

Some items are excluded from discounts, including collaborations (such as Babylist and Chelsea + Cole), bundles, and sale/outlet items. This information will be clearly noted on the product page. If an item is not eligible for a discount, the details will be provided either on the product page or in the terms & conditions for the discount code. Unless otherwise specified, discount codes and shop credit cannot be applied to taxes or shipping fees.

Only one discount code can be used per order. As Shop Credit and Ritzy Rewards come in the form of discount codes, you are not able to combine them with each other.

We sometimes issue shop credit on returns and exchanges. This credit usually comes in the form of a discount code that can be entered at checkout. Please contact Customer Service with any questions or concerns about your shop credit. 


Shop credit codes are non-transferable. If you would like to gift this to a friend, we recommend purchasing an Itzy Ritzy Gift Card.

Itzy Ritzy has partnered with Afterpay which allows our customers in the U.S. to pay for their purchase over four equal installments, due every two weeks - INTEREST FREE!
