Are items in my cart reserved until I check out?

No. We recommend browsing before the sale starts to know what you want ahead of time + signing into your account prior to shopping so checkout goes faster!

Can I add things to cart ahead of time?

Yes, you will be able to add products to your cart, wishlist and favorites before the sale begins.

Is my order eligible for the free gift with purchase?

Yes! All orders placed during our Anniversary Sale will come with a free mystery diaper bag charm with purchase.

Will anything be excluded from the sale?

Anniversary Sale discounts will not be valid on the Belong Collection, Babylist x Itzy Ritzy Saddle Boss Plus, Bundles, and Bonnie the Strawberry and Ollie the Octopus Sweetie Snuggles.

Will I earn rewards on my purchase?

Yes! You will earn 5% cashback via shop credit on your Anniversary Sale orders. Diamond members will earn 10% cashback via shop credit on Anniversary Sale orders. Cashback via shop credit earned will reflect the final discounted price paid (after sale pricing has been applied).

Can I use my Ritzy Rewards on the sale?

No. Ritzy Rewards, shop credit and other discount codes will not be eligible during the Anniversary Sale.

What will shipping options be?

For those within the contiguous United States, see shipping options below:

• Orders under $150: $9.99 flat rate shipping*

Pricing for expedited shipping and shipping outside of the contiguous United States will be shown at checkout.

How long will shipping take?

We’re just as excited as you are to get your Itzy Ritzy Anniversary Sale goodies! Due to order volume, please allow 4-8 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Will my whole order ship together?

Yes, all orders will be fulfilled in full from our one warehouse location. If you place a large order or your order includes multiple larger-sized items, your order may ship in multiple boxes, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package.

Is the sale available to those outside the U.S.?

Yes! Check out which countries we ship to here. Shipping to destinations outside the contiguous United States will have standard shipping prices and regulations applied.

Can I cancel my Anniversary Sale order once placed?

Due to volume, once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed.

Are items I order eligible for returns?

Some items sold during the 2025 Anniversary Sale will be eligible for returns in compliance with our return policy. Items marked “Final Sale” will not be eligible for return or exchange. No cancellations or order changes can be made after your order has been placed.

 

Can I use a discount code or Ritzy Rewards redemption?

If you’re shopping in the Itzy Ritzy app, 40% off will be applied automatically. No additional discounts, shop credit or rewards will be eligible on Anniversary Sale merchandise.

Will Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal be available for checkout?

Yes, all of these payment options will be available.

Will I be able to use AfterPay and Sezzle?

Yes, these will be available for purchases over $35.

Do I need to enter a code at checkout?
