When Early Access begins on Friday, November 8, you will receive an email (or text message if you're opted in!) with the link to the sale. To ensure you receive the link to shop early, please make sure you add Itzy Ritzy to your contacts so it doesn't get lost in spam.

Where is the sale? Online on itzyritzy.com. Simply head to itzyritzy.com once the sale begins, and shop the best deals of the season! Ritzy Rewards members will receive their early access link via email (or text message) on Friday, November 8 at 11:00 am ET.

Are items in my cart reserved until I check out? No. We recommend browsing the website before the sale starts to know what you want ahead of time, and signing into your account prior to shopping so checkout goes faster!

Can I add things to cart ahead of time? Prior to the Ritzy Rewards Early BFCM Sale (November 8-11), you will not be able to add products to your cart, wishlist or favorites before the sale begins, as Ritzy Rewards Early BFCM products will not be visible until the beginning of the sale. You will be able to add items to your cart prior to the all access BFCM Sale starting on Wednesday, November 20! Items in your cart prior to the start of the BFCM Sale will not be reserved until checkout.

How can I get early access? All Ritzy Rewards members will receive an early access link to shop the Early Access BFCM Sale at 11:00 am ET via email (or text message if you’re opted in!) on Friday, November 8!

Will I earn rewards on my purchase? Yes! You will earn 5% cashback via shop credit on your Warehouse Sale orders. Diamond members will earn 10% cashback via shop credit on your Warehouse Sale order. Cashback rewards will reflect the final discounted price paid (after sale pricing has been applied).

Can I use my Ritzy Rewards on the sale? No. Ritzy Rewards, shop credit and other discount codes will not be eligible during the BFCM Sale.

What will shipping options be? There will be a holiday shipping fee of $9.99 on ALL itzyritzy.com orders for those within the contiguous United States until Tuesday, December 2 at 11:59 pm ET. No expedited options will be available.

How long will shipping take? We're just as excited as you are to get your BFCM Sale goodies! Due to order volume, please allow 4-8 business days for your items to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Will my whole order ship together? Yes, all orders will be fulfilled in full from our one warehouse location. If you place a large order or your order includes multiple larger-sized items, your order may ship in multiple boxes, but those will be packed and shipped together at the same time.

Is the sale available to those outside the U.S.? Yes! Check out which countries we ship to here. Shipping to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. will have standard shipping prices and regulations applied.

Can I cancel my BFCM Sale order once placed? Due to volume, once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed.

Items marked “Final Sale” will not be eligible for return or exchange. No cancellations or order changes can be made after your order has been placed.

Can I use a discount code or rewards redemption? No additional discounts, shop credit or rewards will be eligible on BFCM Sale merchandise.

Will Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal be available for checkout? Yes, all of these payment options will be available.

Will I be able to use AfterPay and Sezzle? Yes, these will be available for purchases over $35.

Do I need to enter a code at checkout? No, BFCM Sale merchandise will be priced as shown.
