When your Ritzy Rewards Tier’s Early Access begins on Friday, August 16 you will receive an email (or text message if you're opted in!) with the link to the sale at the start of your tier’s early access window. You must be a Ritzy Rewards member to get early access to our 2024 Warehouse Sale. Make sure to create a Ritzy Rewards account to score! To ensure you receive the link to shop early, please make sure you add Itzy Ritzy to your contacts so it doesn't get lost in spam.

Are items in my cart reserved until I check out? No. We recommend browsing the website before the sale starts to know what you want ahead of time, and signing into your account prior to shopping so checkout goes faster!

Can I add things to cart ahead of time? You will not be able to add products to your cart, wishlist or favorites before the sale begins, as Warehouse Sale products will not be visible until the beginning of the sale.

Will I earn rewards on my purchase? Yes! You will earn 5% cashback via shop credit on your Warehouse Sale orders. Diamond members will earn 10% cashback via shop credit on your Warehouse Sale order. Cashback rewards will reflect the final discounted price paid (after sale pricing has been applied).

Can I use my Ritzy Rewards on the sale? No. Ritzy Rewards (cashback via shop credit) shop credit and other discount codes will not be eligible during the Warehouse Sale.

Can I redeem a Ritzy Rewards gift on my sale order? No. Ritzy Rewards gifts cannot be combined with Warehouse Sale orders.

What will shipping options be? There will be a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 on ALL itzyritzy.com orders for those within the contiguous United States until Monday, August 26 at 11:59 pm ET. No expedited options will be available.

How long will shipping take? We're just as excited as you are to get your Warehouse Sale goodies! Due to order volume, please allow 8-10 additional business days for your items to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Will my whole order ship together? Yes, all orders will be fulfilled in full from our one warehouse location. If you place a large order or your order includes multiple larger-sized items, your order may ship in multiple boxes, but those will be packed and shipped together at the same time.

Is the sale available to those outside the U.S.? Yes! Check out which countries we ship to here. Shipping to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. will have standard shipping prices and regulations applied.

*Please ensure your shipping and billing addresses are correct before placing your order. Changes are not able to be made once an order is placed.

Can I cancel my Warehouse Sale order once placed? Due to volume, once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed.

Are items I order eligible for returns? No, purchases made during our 2024 Warehouse Sale are final sale. No cancellations or order changes can be made after your order has been placed.

Can I use a discount code or rewards redemption? No additional discounts, shop credit or rewards (cashback via shop credit) will be eligible on Warehouse Sale merchandise.

Will Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal be available for checkout? Yes, all of these payment options will be available.

Will I be able to use AfterPay and Sezzle? Yes, these will be available for purchases over $35.

Do I need to enter a code at checkout? No, Warehouse Sale merchandise will be priced as shown.

All Warehouse Sale orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. No changes, edits or cancellations will be possible after an order has been placed. Items purchased from the Warehouse Sale are intended for individual, personal use, not resale. Itzy Ritzy reserves the right to cancel orders. Discounts, rewards, shop credit and other offers are not applicable on Warehouse Sale items.
