Yep, I’m still exclusively breastfeeding. I can’t believe it. When I first had baby L, my doula told me she would always take it one day at a time, one month at a time, and not look too far ahead. And that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. Honestly, I never dreamed it would be this way since it wasn’t with little C (at this point I had started to wean him, and I’m not ready for
that at all yet.).
I’ve actually come across a huge decision because I’ve booked my trip to New York in September. Like I said, I never dreamed I’d still be nursing then. So, I’m trying to figure out now what I’ll do. To be determined for now, but I’ll need to figure it out soon.
In the meantime, I’ve been loving this “Nursing Happens” Infinity Breastfeeding Scarf ($24.99) sent to me by Itzy Ritzy. Can you believe it?! An infinity scarf that doubles as a nursing cover…in my fav colors of pink and gray, and my fav chevron pattern. And it’s a super-comfy jersey knit. I mean, what will they think of next?? Honestly, I’ve been using this for the past couple months, but couldn’t muster up the courage (or time, actually) to photograph myself in one of those artsy photos, so this model will have to do. Isn’t it so cute for a cover though? I have one I never even used once with little C that just screams nursing cover…ugh.
